 The first session of a plenary meeting on IPBES (Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services) is scheduled from 3-7 October 2011 and will be held in Nairobi, Kenya.
IPBES will be an interface between the scientific community and policy makers that aims to build capacity for and strengthen the use of science in policy making.Deadline for registration is 31 August 2011.
